These small groups offer a safe and brave space to share our journeys and stories without judgement. Sometime this is the first time people have spoken openly about how they are feeling and their faith has changed.

The groups runs over 6 online zoom sessions, for 1h45 mins per session.

The benefit of such a small group is everyone gets plenty of time to share and listen to others experiences. Although this is not a therapy group, it has the potential to be therapeutic as we meet and share in a held, inclusive and accepting space. It allows for time to process your own thoughts and feelings and draw wisdom from your own journey as well as from others in the group.

Cost

Regular rate: 250

Sponsor rate: (or anything over the regular rate to go towards offering bursaries to make these groups as accessible as possible suggested rate is £300)

Bursary places are available so get in touch if the money is a barrier to accessing these groups.

Topics:
Each week we gather around topic chosen by the group, some have been:

  • Identity, losing and finding.

  • Navigating relationship with christian family and friends.

  • Cognitive dissonance.

  • Embracing mystery over certainty.

  • Christian language that we find unhelpful.

  • Grief and loss on the faith shift journey.

  • Dealing with religious and spiritual trauma.

  • Finding new places of belonging and community.

  • What has been helpful as our faith has changed.

  • Developing our spirituality

  • Stay or leave church.

  • Decolonising my faith.

  • Unpicking the patriarchy of my inherited faith.


For this investment you will receive:
6 x 1h45m sessions held by experienced facilitator.

1 x Reunion session.
Access to a Private facebook group.
